Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and emotional connection to luxury products
  • Deliver luxury service with demonstrated expertise in product, fashion, and styling
  • Follow the client journey to elevate experience: craft strong first impressions, discover client needs, showcase product expertise, and close sales while maintaining long-term relationships
  • Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain high luxury standards across front and back-of-house operations, including product presentation, inventory management, markdown execution, and stockroom support
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and visual merchandising standards according to Burberry specifications
  • Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients through appointment-based consultations to drive loyalty and repeat purchases
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client book with a commercial mindset
  • Drive client retention through regular contact, follow-up on purchases and requests, and strategic volume and spend management

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
  • Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail advisory
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail store operations
  • Knowledge of competitor products and market positioning
  • Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable
  • Additional language capabilities are desirable
  • Demonstrates confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions
  • Impeccable personal presentation and polished communication skills
