Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire and emotional connection with Burberry products
  • Deliver luxury service and demonstrate expert knowledge in product, fashion trends, and styling
  • Execute the client journey seamlessly: create strong first impressions, discover client needs, provide expert styling advice, and close sales
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients through appointment-based service delivery
  • Proactively follow up with existing clients to drive retention, volume growth, and incremental purchases
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client book with commercial discipline
