Burberry Client Advisor in New York — hourly role ($26.00–$26.50/hr) delivering personalised luxury service and building client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, elevated luxury service to new and existing clients, converting appointments and walk-ins into sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR) through proactive clientelling and storytelling.
- Build and maintain a growing client book by capturing new clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring consistent follow-up.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across Burberry categories to inspire purchase and loyalty.
- Support daily store operations including product replenishment, inventory control, markdown processes and stockroom maintenance as required.
- Uphold Burberry visual standards in-store and apply visual merchandising techniques according to brand guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, service-focused store climate while following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding retail sales targets.
- Prior experience in clientelling or appointment-based luxury retail selling.
- Strong product knowledge in fashion and accessories and an interest in art and culture.
- Impeccable presentation and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded with the ability to work collaboratively.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in luxury or premium retail with a proven history of meeting sales targets and working by appointment to develop client relationships; team retail experience and familiarity with store operations are expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline preferred.
