Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, discreet and consistently superior in‑store client experience to a diverse, high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Convert client interactions into sales while meeting and surpassing individual and boutique revenue targets.
- Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and appointment management.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge across collections to advise clients on styling, provenance and care.
- Execute boutique merchandising standards, ensuring visual presentation and stock levels reflect brand guidelines.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage transactions and ensure compliant cash and reconciliation procedures.
- Coordinate VIP events, private appointments and trunk shows in collaboration with boutique management and CRM teams.
- Manage stock receipt, inventory control and loss‑prevention practices to preserve boutique integrity and availability.
- Provide high‑quality after‑sales service, handling alterations, repairs and bespoke requests with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, client‑centric manner and strong emotional intelligence.

Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in luxury retail or high‑end client‑facing sales with documented success in meeting sales targets and developing repeat client business.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail or luxury brand management preferred but not mandatory.
