Burberry Client Advisor in Montreal — deliver personalised luxury clientelling, meet sales KPIs and grow the store client book.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, appointment-led luxury service to new and existing clients, achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs (appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR).
- Inspire client desire through storytelling and expert knowledge of Burberry product, fashion and styling to convert interest into sales.
- Manage the end-to-end client journey: create excellent first impressions, discover client needs, provide styling expertise, close sales and ensure appropriate follow-up and after-sales care.
- Proactively acquire and retain clients to grow the store client book and increase frequency and spend through targeted outreach and relationship management.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management, markdowns and maintaining luxury standards front and back of house.
- Apply Burberry visual standards in the selling environment and comply with company policies, procedures and loss-prevention guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, service-oriented store culture.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in luxury or premium retail.
- Previous clientelling experience with appointment-based selling and relationship management.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury retail operations.
- Fluent in the local language (French); English proficiency is desirable. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Impeccable presentation, professional communication skills and a client-first attitude.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, commercially driven and collaborative.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales and clientelling, with prior experience building and retaining a high-value client book and meeting commercial KPIs in a boutique or department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary qualification in fashion, retail, or business is an asset.
