Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs through strategic client engagement
- Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for Burberry, creating desire and brand loyalty with every interaction
- Provide elevated luxury service and demonstrate deep expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and styling consultation
- Execute the complete client journey in-store—from creating strong first impressions through client discovery, product presentation, and sales closure—while maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Build and maintain a personal client book; capture new luxury clients and drive retention through regular contact, appointment scheduling, and appropriate follow-up on client requests and purchases
- Ensure efficient after-sales service and support, maintaining high standards in both front and back-of-house operations
- Maintain visual standards throughout the store according to Burberry guidelines; support inventory management, markdowns, stockroom maintenance, and daily operational requirements
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborative work culture
- Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets in a luxury retail or clientelling environment
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture with sophisticated understanding of luxury market positioning
- Deep product knowledge and solid understanding of retail store operations and client lifecycle management
- Experience in competitive analysis and understanding of competitor products and positioning
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive work environment
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable and additional language knowledge is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in clientelling, luxury retail sales, or a related client-facing role within fashion or luxury goods is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant retail/luxury industry certifications are desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 23 per hour.
