Burberry Client Advisor part-time maternity cover role in Milan Malpensa Airport—luxury retail, 24 hours per week, Italian and English required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated, personalized client experiences that reflect Burberry's heritage and brand values
- Develop and nurture a strong client book to maximize repeat business and customer loyalty
- Maximize sales opportunities through expert product storytelling and tailored client recommendations
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring, well-presented store environment
- Process transactions, customer inquiries, and after-sales requests with accuracy and meticulous care
- Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance, and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in luxury, premium retail, or client-focused environments
- Fluency in Italian and strong English language proficiency
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated customer-first approach
- Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and personalized client experiences
