Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and local clientele, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective closing techniques.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across collections, materials and craftsmanship to advise clients and personalise the client experience.
- Use CRM and boutique tools to record client profiles, sales activity and appointments; leverage data to drive repeat business.
- Ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise and boutique standards through visual merchandising, replenishment and stock management.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle after‑sales service and manage client enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and product launches; collaborate with the store team to optimise guest experience.
- Adhere to loss-prevention policies, brand compliance and operational procedures to protect inventory and the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and consultative selling skills with a client-first attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising, stock handling and CRM administration.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and flexible regarding schedules including weekends and evenings.
- Professional presentation and commitment to brand standards.

Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in luxury or premium boutique retail, with a proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver consistent sales performance.
Education
