Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and maximising client retention through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling of product categories.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and brand guidelines ensuring the store environment reflects Burberry’s positioning.
- Operate POS and complete transactions accurately, including cash handling, card payments, returns and store reporting.
- Manage stockroom procedures: receiving, replenishment, inventory control and loss-prevention practices.
- Actively support CRM activities: updating client records, booking appointments, following-up on leads and executing outreach campaigns.
- Participate in training, product briefings and team meetings; contribute to local market intelligence and competitive insight.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales, with demonstrable achievement against sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and advise high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards, aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Authorization to work in Mexico and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Professional attitude, discretion and adherence to brand confidentiality and client privacy.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
