Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury service through storytelling, product knowledge and styling to inspire client desire for Burberry products.
- Meet and exceed individual and store commercial KPIs, including appointments, UPT, ATV and AUR.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through appointment selling, proactive follow-up and after-sales service to drive retention and repeat purchases.
- Actively acquire new luxury clients and grow the store client book with a commercially focused approach.
- Support daily store operations and maintain luxury presentation standards in front and back of house, including stockroom upkeep, replenishment and markdown processes.
- Adhere to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to foster a positive working climate and contribute to team targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-based selling.
- Strong product knowledge, styling ability and understanding of fashion and competitor landscape.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident when engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Fluency in the local language (Spanish). English proficiency is desirable; additional languages are an advantage.
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented and commercially driven with a collaborative attitude.
Skills
Experience
Several years of direct retail sales experience in luxury or premium brands with a proven history of client acquisition, retention and meeting store KPIs; solid experience working as part of a retail team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or formal education in fashion, retail or luxury retail operations is desirable.
