Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV & AUR)
- Inspire clients through storytelling and genuine passion for the Burberry brand, fashion and luxury products
- Deliver luxury-calibre service by demonstrating expert knowledge in product, fashion and styling
- Execute the complete client journey—from initial impression through discovery, styling consultation and sales closure—to elevate the in-store experience
- Efficiently manage post-sales client follow-up and after-sales services to foster retention and loyalty
- Maintain daily store operations at luxury standards, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdown processing and stockroom maintenance
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through appointment-based personalised service
- Grow the individual and store client book by actively capturing new luxury clients with a commercial mindset
- Drive client retention through regular contact, appropriate follow-up and responsive service to sales and client requests
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture
- Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable
