Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, creating desire and love for Burberry.
  • Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Elevate the client experience by following the Client journey, ensuring a great initial impression, and maintaining relationships.
  • Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and visual standards.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and work by appointment to provide personalized service.
  • Capture new luxury clients to grow individual and store client books.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clientelling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
  • Understanding of competitor products.
  • Experience working as part of a team.

Skills

Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling. Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.

Experience

Experience in a retail environment with a focus on luxury sales and client engagement.
