Burberry Client Advisor position in Mascot, Australia. Build client relationships and drive luxury retail sales with our prestigious fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire for Burberry products with every interaction
- Deliver luxury service with expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends and personalized styling
- Execute the Client Journey framework to elevate in-store experiences: greeting, client discovery, product expertise, sales closure and relationship maintenance
- Conduct efficient follow-up and deliver after-sales service to strengthen client relationships
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury standards, managing product replenishment, inventory support and stockroom maintenance
- Build and manage a personal client book through appointments, driving personalised service and loyalty
- Capture new luxury clients and drive retention through regular contact and follow-up
- Maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines and company policies
- Foster teamwork and positive work environment
- Track and report on KPIs including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV) and average unit retail (AUR)
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail store operations
- Awareness of competitor products and market positioning
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency highly desirable
- Knowledge of additional languages preferred
- Demonstrates the core values of Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction and Care
- Impeccable presentation and communication skills across all levels
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in clientelling or similar client-facing luxury retail roles with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience working as part of a retail team is essential.
Education
Secondary education minimum; retail or fashion qualification preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Mascot, New South Wales, Australia, with easy access to Sydney.
