Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty with each interaction.
  • Deliver exceptional luxury service with extensive knowledge of products, fashion, and styling.
  • Guide clients through their journey in-store, ensuring a memorable initial impression and a seamless sales process.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Maintain high luxury standards in-store operations, including product replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and drive incremental purchases.
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a focus on commercial objectives.
  • Ensure client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales and client requests.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Previous experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.

Skills

Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations. Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is desirable. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for selling. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable.

Experience

Experience in retail sales with a focus on luxury fashion and client engagement.
