Burberry Client Advisor role in Macau – luxury retail sales, client engagement, and personalised styling for discerning clientele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion to create desire and love for Burberry products
- Provide luxury service by demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and personalised styling advice
- Execute the complete client journey from initial greeting through discovery, product consultation, and sales closure
- Deliver efficient follow-up and after-sales service to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Maintain operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including product replenishment, visual merchandising standards, inventory management, and stockroom maintenance
- Adhere to company policies and procedures whilst maintaining visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
- Foster a collaborative team environment and positive workplace culture
- Build and nurture meaningful client relationships through appointment-based personalised service
- Grow the individual and store client book by capturing new luxury clientele with a commercial mindset
- Drive client retention through regular contact, appropriate follow-up on sales, and responsiveness to client requests
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clienteling or luxury retail client engagement
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and solid understanding of retail store operations
- Awareness of competitor products and market positioning
- Experience working collaboratively within team environments
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Additional language knowledge is desirable
