Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and authentic passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and emotional connection with every interaction
  • Deliver luxury service with expert knowledge of products, fashion trends, and personalised styling expertise
  • Guide clients through the complete customer journey: create exceptional first impressions, discover client needs, demonstrate product mastery, execute sales, and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain high luxury standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including product presentation, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
  • Uphold Burberry policies and guidelines; apply visual merchandising techniques to maintain brand standards
  • Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment with colleagues and management
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and drive incremental purchases
  • Work by appointment to provide personalised services and promote client retention
  • Actively capture new luxury clients to expand individual and store client portfolios with commercial objectivity

Qualifications
