Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, creating desire and emotional connection
- Deliver luxury service with expert product, fashion, and styling knowledge
- Execute the full client journey—from initial impression through discovery, product expertise, styling recommendations, and sale closure
- Manage follow-up communications and after-sales service to maintain client relationships
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury standards, managing product replenishment, inventory, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
- Uphold company policies and visual merchandising guidelines
- Build and nurture meaningful client relationships through appointment-based personalized service
- Grow the individual and store client book by capturing new luxury clients
- Drive client retention through regular contact, timely follow-up, and appropriate support on client requests

Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail
