Luxury fashion house seeks a Client Advisor (Casual) in London, UK — part-time boutique role delivering personalised client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and promote long-term client relationships through in-person clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive selling, cross-selling and upselling.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, process transactions accurately and handle cash/cards in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, housekeeping, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Support inventory activities including receiving, tagging and stock counts; report discrepancies promptly.
- Contribute to boutique events and private client appointments, including styling and product demonstrations.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, brand presentation and health & safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Natural client-facing aptitude with polished interpersonal skills and a professional demeanour.
- Proven ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage transactional duties accurately.
- Demonstrable discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
- Right to work in the country of employment and availability for immediate, casual shifts.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; 1+ year of retail or luxury sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrable passion for luxury retail will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or luxury sales is an advantage.
