Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and appointment-based servicing.
  • Manage clienteling activities: maintain and grow CRM records, follow up on leads, schedule VIP appointments and curate personalised selections.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, window dressing support, stock replenishment and accurate POS transactions.
  • Support stock management and loss-prevention processes including receiving, tagging, inventory counts and timely reporting.
  • Assist with boutique events, private sales and product launches, coordinating logistics and client invitations where required.
  • Adhere strictly to brand guidelines, confidentiality protocols and luxury service standards at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales; strong commercial awareness and client-focused demeanour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with polished presentation and discretion.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic numeracy for cash-handling and sales reconciliation.
  • Professional fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
