Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet client service that reflects the maison’s standards and builds long‑term relationships.
- Develop and execute proactive clienteling activities, including follow‑ups, appointment management and VIP outreach to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling and expert product knowledge.
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation and merchandising in line with seasonal directives and visual standards.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage client records within the CRM.
- Collaborate with store leadership on inventory control, stock replenishment and client order management.
- Represent the brand at events and during private appointments, ensuring confidentiality and exceptional hospitality.
Qualifications
- Polished professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to sell consultatively and manage a portfolio of clients with discretion.
