Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, anticipatory client experience that cultivates long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage clienteling activities: develop and maintain a curated client book, schedule private appointments, and follow up on enquiries and aftercare.
- Operate point-of-sale and client relationship management processes accurately, including transaction handling, gift-wrapping and documentation.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual presentation, merchandising, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Support events and trunk shows, collaborating with store management and regional teams to deepen client engagement.
- Share market and client intelligence with the team and escalate feedback to contribute to assortment and CRM strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in high-end retail or luxury client-facing sales roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with refined presentation and etiquette.
- Numerical literacy and experience managing sales transactions and basic CRM records.
- Flexible availability to work retail shifts, including evenings, weekends and peak seasons.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (or host market) and willingness to travel locally for client events as required.
