Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand, fostering desire and loyalty.
  • Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Follow the client journey to elevate the in-store experience, from initial impression to after-sales service.
