Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire and loyalty towards Burberry.
- Provide luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
- Elevate client experience by following the Client journey: initial impression, client discovery, product expertise, and relationship maintenance.
- Efficiently follow-up and deliver after-sales services.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining visual standards.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service.
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book with a commercial mindset.
- Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up on sales or client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
