Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, fostering a desire for Burberry products.
  • Provide luxury service with expert knowledge in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Elevate the client experience by ensuring a memorable initial impression and maintaining client relationships.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards and supporting inventory management.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in clientelling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Understanding of competitor products.

Skills

Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail operations. Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care in client interactions. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling. Impeccable presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Experience

Previous experience in a retail or luxury sales environment, with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
