Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the Burberry brand.
  • Deliver luxury service with expertise in product, fashion, and styling.
  • Elevate the client experience by following the Client journey in-store.
  • Efficiently manage after-sales services and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to store operations, maintaining high luxury standards.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain visual standards.
  • Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Work by appointment to provide personalized services and promote client loyalty.
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the client book.
  • Drive client retention through regular contact and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in clienteling.
  • Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
  • Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
  • Experience working as part of a team.

Skills

Fluent in local language; English proficiency is desirable. Confidence, curiosity, conviction, and care. Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated. Detail-oriented and creative with a passion for selling. Impeccable presentation and communication skills. Results-driven with a commercial mindset. Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail sales environment, particularly within luxury fashion, is required.
