Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through storytelling and passion for the brand, creating desire and loyalty with each interaction.
- Provide luxury service, demonstrating expertise in product knowledge, fashion, and styling.
- Guide clients through the Client journey to enhance their in-store experience, from initial impression to sale closure.
- Efficiently follow up and deliver after-sales services to clients.
- Contribute to daily store operations, maintaining high luxury standards in both front and back of house.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures, utilizing visual techniques to uphold Burberry's visual standards.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, working by appointment to provide personalized service and promote loyalty.
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client book with a commercial focus.
- Drive client retention by maintaining regular contact and following up on sales or client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Good understanding of store retail operations and competitor products.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably within the luxury sector, is required.
