Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
  • Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire and emotional connection with Burberry products
  • Deliver luxury service whilst demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of product, fashion trends, and styling expertise
  • Execute the client journey to elevate in-store experience: establish strong first impressions, discover client needs, provide expert styling guidance, and close sales
  • Follow up efficiently on sales and deliver after-sales services to maintain long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining luxury standards in front and back of house, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
  • Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures whilst maintaining visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
  • Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
  • Build and nurture meaningful client relationships through appointment-based services
  • Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client book with commercial discipline
