Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators across appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and average unit retail (AUR)
- Inspire clients through compelling storytelling, demonstrating passion for Burberry and creating desire for the brand through every interaction
- Deliver luxury service with expert product, fashion, and styling knowledge to guide client purchases and build styling credentials
- Execute the client journey framework to elevate in-store experiences: create strong first impressions, discover client preferences, demonstrate product expertise, and close sales while maintaining long-term relationships
- Conduct efficient follow-up communications and deliver post-sale services to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain high luxury retail standards in both front and back of house, including product presentation, inventory replenishment, stock management, markdown coordination, and stockroom maintenance
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures; apply visual merchandising techniques to maintain Burberry brand standards
- Foster a collaborative team environment and positive workplace culture
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through appointment-based personalised service
- Capture and grow the individual and store client book by acquiring new luxury clients with a commercial and strategic mindset
- Drive client retention through regular contact, timely follow-up on transactions, and responsiveness to client requests
Qualifications
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering commercial results
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury client relationship management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Demonstrable product knowledge and understanding of store retail operations
