Burberry is seeking Client Advisors to build relationships with new and existing clients, deliver personalised luxury service and achieve commercial targets. The role combines selling and styling expertise, clienteling, after-sales follow-up and support for daily store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
- Inspire clients through brand storytelling and passion, creating desire for Burberry with every interaction.
- Deliver luxury service and demonstrate expertise in product, fashion and styling.
- Guide clients through the in-store journey, making a strong first impression, understanding their needs, providing product and styling expertise, closing sales and maintaining the relationship.
- Follow up efficiently and provide after-sales services.
- Contribute to daily store operations and maintain luxury standards across the front and back of house, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdowns and stockroom maintenance as needed.
- Follow company policies, guidelines and procedures, and use visual techniques to maintain standards in line with Burberry guidelines.
- Foster teamwork and a positive work climate.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Work by appointment to deliver personalised service, strengthen client relationships, promote loyalty and encourage incremental purchases.
- Acquire new luxury clients and grow individual and store client books with a commercial mindset.
- Drive client retention by maintaining appropriate contact frequency and following up on sales and client requests.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets.
- Previous clienteling experience.
- Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
- Strong product knowledge and a good understanding of store retail operations.
- Understanding of competitor products.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable.
- Knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
- Demonstrates confidence, curiosity, conviction and care.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and creative, with a passion for selling.
