Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs (Appointments, UPT, ATV, AUR)
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire for Burberry products with every interaction
- Provide luxury service and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of product, fashion trends, and styling expertise
- Execute the client journey to elevate in-store experience: create strong first impressions, discover client needs, offer expert styling, and close sales while maintaining relationships
- Efficiently follow up and deliver after-sales services to build client loyalty and drive incremental purchases
- Capture new luxury clients and drive retention through regular contact and appropriate follow-up, building a personal client book
- Contribute to daily store operations by maintaining visual standards, managing inventory, processing markdowns, and supporting stockroom maintenance
- Foster teamwork and a positive work climate while adhering to company policies and visual merchandising guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding commercial targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail sales
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of retail operations
- Awareness of competitor products and market positioning
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency required
- Professional presentation and communication skills at all levels
- Results-driven mindset with commercial acumen

Experience
Previous experience in luxury clientelling or retail sales environments required; demonstrated ability to build client books and drive sales through relationship-based engagement.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion or luxury retail training is desirable.

Compensation
