Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high‑value clients, building long‑term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Execute one‑to‑one client appointments, private viewings and after‑sales care with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across collections and communicate brand narratives that reflect maison heritage.
- Operate the POS, process transactions and handle gift‑wrapping, returns and exchanges according to brand standards.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure the boutique’s presentation, stock levels and replenishment meet operational requirements.
- Record client interactions and preferences accurately in CRM; escalate opportunities and market intelligence to management.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or premium service environments; demonstrable sales achievement preferred.
- Highly polished interpersonal presence with the ability to engage affluent and international clientele.
- Strong commercial awareness and target‑driven mentality.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; willingness to participate in promotional events.
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales is expected; candidates with boutique or department‑store luxury experience and a strong sales record will be prioritised.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, hospitality or related fields preferred.
