Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated and personalised client experiences that authentically reflect Burberry's heritage, values, and craftsmanship
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships, developing a robust client book and driving repeat business
- Maximise sales opportunities through expert product storytelling, tailored recommendations, and consultative selling

- Process transactions, client enquiries, and after-sales requests with accuracy, care, and professionalism
- Contribute to stock management, operational excellence, compliance, and health and safety standards

- Fluent in German and strong English language proficiency with ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele
