Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, personalised follow-ups and CRM management.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Deliver impeccable in-store service consistent with Burberry’s luxury standards, including personal styling and product advice across categories.
- Execute visual merchandising and store presentation standards to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal floor sets.
- Operate POS and complete sales transactions accurately; manage client records and after-sales service requests.
- Support stock management, receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure product availability and integrity.
