Role & Responsibilities

  • Support stock management, receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to ensure product availability and integrity.
  • Participate in brand and product training; collaborate with the store team on events, private appointments and client outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Professional demeanour with demonstrable experience in luxury retail or premium fashion sales.
  • Proven client-facing commercial track record with the ability to convert and grow client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver bespoke service to discerning clientele.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and CRM administration.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience
