Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Fuzhou, China — luxury retail role delivering personalised client service and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in line with Burberry’s luxury standards to cultivate long‑term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and proactive clienteling activities (appointments, follow‑ups, and VIP servicing).
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to provide informed styling advice.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale accurately, process transactions and manage client records in the CRM according to company procedures.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, stocked and merchandised to brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts and ensuring inventory integrity.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, participating in trainings, store meetings and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer‑facing retail role; prior experience in luxury fashion strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine aptitude for building rapport and trust with high‑value clients.
- Commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual presentation and store upkeep.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury fashion sector. Demonstrated success in client development and meeting sales targets is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or a degree in fashion, retail or business is advantageous but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Fuzhou, Fujian, China.
