Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture trusted client relationships through personalised, thoughtful service and structured clienteling.
  • Deliver inspirational styling advice and product knowledge that communicates Burberry’s craftsmanship and brand narratives.
  • Drive individual sales targets while contributing to overall store performance and client acquisition/retention goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey, including consistent follow‑up and exceptional after‑sales service.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards on the sales floor and behind the scenes to support daily operations.
  • Support visual merchandising and presentation guidelines to uphold Burberry’s brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client‑facing retail with a demonstrable track record of contributing to sales results.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week across four days, including Friday and Saturday (compulsory).
