Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Florence (Via de' Tornabuoni) to deliver personalised luxury service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients through appointment-based and in-store interactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs through proactive clientelling and follow-up.
- Deliver a personalised, elevated luxury experience by advising on product, styling and wardrobe solutions.
- Convey brand storytelling and product knowledge to inspire desire and loyalty for Burberry.
- Execute the full client journey: create a strong first impression, discover client needs, present products with styling expertise, close the sale and ensure after-sales follow-up.
- Support daily store operations, maintaining luxury presentation standards in front and back of house, including merchandising, replenishment and stockroom upkeep.
- Use visual merchandising techniques to uphold Burberry store standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and contribute to store performance and client retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in clientelling and appointment-driven selling.
- Strong product knowledge of fashion and accessories and an eye for styling.
- Confident, polished presentation with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercially minded, energetic, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Italian; proficiency in English is desirable.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail with a measurable record of sales performance and client relationship management; prior clientelling experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related subject is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
