Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Florence (Via de' Tornabuoni) to deliver personalised luxury client service in boutique retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Actively pursue sales targets through consultative selling, product storytelling and VIP outreach.
- Manage client appointments, in-store consultations and bespoke service moments including personal shopping.
- Maintain in-store visual and merchandising standards to reflect brand aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and POS operations, and manage client data in CRM.
- Support stock management activities including receiving, replenishment and periodic inventory counts.
- Participate in store events, launches and local marketing initiatives to amplify brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven passion for luxury fashion with strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an aptitude for relationship building.
- Confident presentation and product storytelling skills; able to translate brand heritage into client-facing dialogue.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and ability to interact with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a demonstrable record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships. Prior experience in flagship or high-traffic heritage boutiques is an advantage.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
