Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Florence (Via de' Tornabuoni) to deliver luxury client service and drive sales in-store.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke client experience consistent with Burberry’s luxury standards, including personal shopping and after-sales care.
- Proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling activities and CRM management to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising conversion, average transaction value and upsell opportunities.
- Manage in-store transactions accurately, including POS operation, cash handling and payment reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure displays, stock and shop floor standards meet brand guidelines.
- Coordinate client appointments and private viewings, and collaborate with the store team on events and VIP outreach.
- Maintain product knowledge across seasonal collections, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory controls to support availability and merchandising integrity.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service within a luxury or premium retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal presence with outstanding verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
- Commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and CRM tools; basic numeracy for cash handling and sales reconciliation.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail or high-end customer service experience is preferred; prior experience in luxury fashion or boutique environments is advantageous and a proven sales record is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
