The role combines product expertise, styling advice and proactive clienteling with collaboration across the store team to uphold luxury retail standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, creating a personalised, elevated shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals through product knowledge, styling advice and client engagement.
- Develop a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-up and relationship building.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Burberry products, collections and brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with the wider store team to deliver operational excellence and maintain luxury retail standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
- Passion for fashion, luxury products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Commercial awareness and confidence in achieving sales and service objectives.
- Arabic and English language skills; Russian or Mandarin is advantageous.
