Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed individual and store sales objectives and commercial targets
- Inspire clients through compelling brand storytelling, styling expertise, and deep product knowledge across all collections
- Guide clients through every stage of the luxury client journey, from discovery and styling to purchase and ongoing relationship management
- Build and maintain a strong personal client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment-based selling, and personalized follow-up
- Support daily store operations including merchandise replenishment, stock management, inventory activities, and maintenance of luxury retail standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury, premium retail, or hospitality environment
- Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and creating memorable client experiences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse international client base
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify sales opportunities and drive client loyalty
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Collaborative and adaptable team player motivated to contribute to both team and store success
- Valid family book documentation (UAE requirement)
