Burberry Client Advisor position in Dubai — luxury retail sales role combining client relationship management with brand expertise and personalized styling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators
- Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion, creating desire for Burberry products with every interaction
- Provide luxury service with expertise in product knowledge, fashion trends, and personal styling
- Guide clients through the complete journey: deliver first impressions, discover client needs, demonstrate product expertise, and close sales while maintaining relationships
- Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain high luxury standards in both front and back-of-house operations, including product displays, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures while maintaining visual standards according to Burberry brand guidelines
- Foster teamwork and cultivate a positive work environment
- Build meaningful long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat purchases
- Work by appointment to deliver personalized service and strengthen client relationships
- Capture new luxury clients to expand the individual and store client portfolio with a commercial mindset
- Drive client retention through regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and service requests
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of retail store operations
- Awareness of competitor products and market positioning
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Fluency in local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, clientelling, or a related customer-facing role in a premium brand environment is required. Demonstrated success in building client relationships and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent qualification; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous.
