Burberry is hiring a Client Advisor in Daegu, South Korea. Deliver personalised luxury service and drive boutique sales for a leading British fashion house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-value clientele, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert product knowledge and consultative selling.
  • Execute clienteling activities, including proactive outreach, appointment management and tailored follow-ups using CRM tools.
  • Maintain refined visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects brand presentation and stock integrity.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and maintain daily cash and sales reports.
  • Contribute to stock management processes including receiving, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to deliver seamless guest experiences and support store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail sales or client-facing roles; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and CRM platforms; numerate and detail-oriented for transactional accuracy.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak trading periods.
