Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Burberry standards to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate the brand's values through clientelling and product knowledge.
- Provide personalized customer service by understanding client preferences and needs.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new and potential clients, while maintaining long-term relationships with existing and VIP clients.
- Ensure optimal store environment and product condition in accordance with Burberry guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion and interest in the Burberry brand and fashion industry.
- Understanding of the luxury market and experience with VIC clients.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
