Role & Responsibilities
- Embrace the Burberry Experience and adhere to training guidelines to reflect luxury brand standards and image
- Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting Burberry Behaviours and demonstrating superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide excellent customer service and exhibit strong selling abilities with motivation to succeed
- Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through; maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book
- Execute Cultivate requirements including courtesy emails, customer reactivation, and capture compliance
- Follow company policies and visual techniques to maintain visual standards according to Burberry guidelines
- Execute monthly floorsets, hang and place items, replenish merchandise, and ensure correct placement of price tickets
- Maintain an active presence on the selling floor at all times; ensure floor is ready for customers at the beginning of shifts and replenished at day's end
- Support fitting room maintenance and cleanliness
- Assist in markdown processes, bi-annual inventory, pre-sale goals achievement, and stock room organization
- Participate in store contests and manage stock responsibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets
- Strong clienteling background with demonstrated ability to build customer loyalty
- Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems
- Excellent customer service expertise
- Team-oriented mindset with positive attitude and responsibility for own actions
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional sales experience, with preference for luxury retail sector experience. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing strong client relationships through active clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further fashion or retail-related education is advantageous but not required.
