Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs including appointments, units per transaction (UPT), average transaction value (ATV), and average unit retail (AUR)
- Deliver luxury retail service with expert product knowledge and styling guidance, following the complete client journey from initial impression through relationship maintenance
- Build and maintain a personal client book through appointment-based service, driving new client acquisition and repeat purchase loyalty
- Capture new luxury clients and drive retention through regular contact, follow-up on requests, and targeted engagement to promote incremental purchases
- Maintain visual standards and luxury presentation in both front and back of house, including product displays, inventory management, markdowns, and stockroom maintenance
- Contribute to daily store operations by upholding Burberry standards and fostering a positive team environment
- Provide after-sales service and ensure timely follow-up to elevate overall client experience and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and consistently exceeding targets
- Previous experience in clientelling or luxury retail customer engagement
- Strong product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of retail operations
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is required
- Ability to demonstrate Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care in all client interactions
- Assertive communication and impeccable presentation skills when engaging with clients and colleagues across all levels
- Detail-oriented, creative mindset with passion for selling and commercial acumen

Experience
Previous experience in clientelling, luxury retail, or client-facing sales roles within a premium or fashion environment is required. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, coupled with strong understanding of competitor products and retail operations.
