Burberry seeks a Client Advisor (Chinese speaker) in Barcelona Paseo de Gracia to lead sales, coach staff and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach sales associates to improve selling skills, close transactions and meet sales KPIs for assigned categories.
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive category performance, sell-through and team training initiatives.
- Supervise daily customer flow and service standards to ensure every client receives the full Burberry Experience.
- Provide real-time, transaction-level coaching and structured follow-up to develop individual and team performance.
- Foster collaboration between sales, specialists, stock and operations teams to optimise the client journey.
- Onboard and integrate new joiners; contribute to talent retention through monthly development plans and performance reviews.
- Represent the store in delivering the Burberry Experience when serving clients directly; resolve complex customer issues and escalate when required.
- Authorise post-void transactions, promotional discounts and employee sales in the absence of store management.
- Drive the in-store digital experience, leveraging mobile and online tools to support client communication and sales.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, adherence to operational policies and maintenance of a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Fluent Chinese speaker (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) with professional spoken dialogue capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems and experience with transaction authorisations.
- Previous experience with Apple mobile devices and confidence using digital tools to support sales and clienteling.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with demonstrable coaching ability.
- Proven ability to handle complex customer-service situations including complaints, returns and after-sales follow-up.
- Strong communication, commercial awareness and ability to work collaboratively across store functions.

Minimum 1–2 years' supervisory or management experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets, coaching teams and managing complex customer interactions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality preferred.
