Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in line with Burberry brand standards to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up communications.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by converting footfall into sales and maximising average transaction value.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across apparel, accessories and leather goods to advise clients and upsell appropriately.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions accurately and manage cash handling and till reconciliation.
- Support visual merchandising standards on the sales floor and assist with replenishment and stockroom organisation.
- Participate in store events, private appointments and client outreach initiatives to grow the client database.
- Adhere to loss-prevention procedures, store policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven retail/customer service orientation with a professional, polished presentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
- Commercial mindset with demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations.
- Right to work in South Korea and ability to perform duties in a busy retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing retail or sales experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education (college/university) is advantageous but not required.
