Burberry seeks a Client Advisor in Busan, South Korea — deliver personalised luxury service and grow client relationships in a flagship retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, personalised service to individual and VIP clients that reflects Burberry’s luxury standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and CRM updates to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, product knowledge and effective merchandising.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greeting clients, product presentation, fitting, closing transactions and after-sales care.
- Maintain premium visual standards on the sales floor and assist with stock replenishment, receiving and inventory control.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process transactions accurately and support store administrative tasks.
- Contribute to store events and launches, supporting invitations, client lists and in-store experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying current on product, seasonal collections and Burberry heritage to educate clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or high-end retail sales; typically 2+ years in a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Professional presentation and an understanding of luxury brand standards.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and seasonal peaks.
- Fluency in Korean; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in luxury or premium retail with measurable sales performance and client relationship management. Experience supporting VIP clients and participating in store events preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, business or retail management preferred.
