Burberry Client Advisor role in Brussels, Belgium—luxury retail sales position combining clientelling, styling, and commercial excellence in a fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets and commercial KPIs
- Inspire and engage clients through compelling brand storytelling, creating desire and emotional connection with Burberry
- Deliver luxury service by demonstrating expert product knowledge, fashion expertise, and styling capabilities
- Manage the complete client journey in-store—from creating strong first impressions, to discovering client needs, providing expert consultation, and closing sales
- Execute efficient follow-up and after-sales service protocols to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain high luxury standards in both front and back-of-house operations, including product replenishment, inventory management, markdown administration, and stockroom maintenance
- Uphold Burberry visual standards and company policies, applying visual merchandising techniques throughout the store
- Foster a positive team environment and collaborative work climate
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients through appointment-based personalised service
- Develop and grow the individual and store client book with a commercial objective mindset
- Drive client retention through regular contact, proactive follow-up, and attentive service on sales and client requests
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets
- Demonstrated experience in clientelling or luxury retail client management
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture
- Comprehensive product knowledge and solid understanding of retail store operations
- Familiarity with competitor products and positioning
- Experience working effectively as part of a team
- Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is desirable
- Additional language skills are desirable
- Exhibits Confidence, Curiosity, Conviction, and Care
- Assertive with impeccable presentation and communication skills across all levels
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, clientelling, or similar customer-facing roles within a commercial environment; proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and deliver elevated client experiences.
Education
No specific formal qualification required; however, secondary education or equivalent is expected.
